I’ve worked on dozens of stores since 2017, through direct client projects and agency work. At PIVOT, a Shopify Plus agency partner, I contributed to more than 20 DTC storefronts over nearly three years.
The work goes behind the storefront, too. For an ecommerce business, I built a custom system from the ground up to process orders, keep customer records in sync, and coordinate work between shops and distributors.

Goodharbour is my independent software studio. I’m the person you’ll talk to, and the person doing the work.
You might want to build a Shopify store, website or web application, improve what you already have, or bring an experienced developer into your team.
My starting point is the same: understand what you’re trying to do, who it is for, and what it needs to connect to. Then we can decide what to build or change.
I’ll explain the tradeoffs, share progress, and raise problems early. If a smaller change or an existing tool fits the need, I’ll recommend it.
I’m based in Victoria, BC, and work remotely. If you have something in mind, I’d be glad to hear about it.
